From Tripadvisor.com When we got to Royal Eagle Hotel London, we found the elevators small, which we expected, but bright with shining clean mirrors. Both of us could go up at once with our luggage. The room was small with 2 single beds and a wardrobe for hanging clothes in. It was very clean and the bathroom with a small shower stall looked like it had just been redone. The breakfast was very basic: juice, coffee, tea, 3 kinds of cereal and a toaster where you could toast either white or brown bread. There was also small packets of jam. They had a carafe of hot milk for your coffee, which I thought was nice. There were no face cloths provided. It was hard to adjust to showering without them. There was a safe in the room, where we wanted to store our passports etc. I would go again to Royal Eagle Hotel London. With those prices we were able to have the experience of seeing London. From Tripadvisor.com We stayed at Royal Eagle Hotel London in October 2003 and were fully satisfied. The room was sufficiently sized for a weekend stay, we even had 3 beds. The bathroom was relatively recently renovated and clean. The reception was nice and efficient. Location is very convenient. The Breakfast room is too small for the large number of guests and you may have to wait for a table. Food Choice is very basic. But don't forget what you pay compared to other places in London! For the same money you may easily end up in a mouldy rat-hole. We would choose this hotel again.
