How to Book

You can book a hotel on London Hotel Savings in 3 quick and easy steps.

  1. ‘Search’ for prices and availability
  2. ‘View the available room types’ and ‘Select’ the hotel room you wish to book
  3. Enter your personal and payment details and click ‘Book’

Searching and booking with LondonHotelSavings.com is easy. We have a variety of hotels to suit every budget and occasion, ranging from Bed & Breakfast hotels to luxurious 5 star hotels.

You can check prices and availability in the following ways

  • For your preferred type of hotel
  • For a particular quality rating (eg 5 star) or hotel type (eg business hotel)
  • For a particular district eg Notting Hill
  • For a particular hotel group (eg Holiday Inn)
  • For an particular hotel
  • Or you can select all types of hotel

For your preferred type of room

  • For a particular room type
  • For your group size

For your budget

  • For a particular price range

Or you can make a general search to see all that is available for the nights of your stay

2. Selecting a hotel and a room from the search results

Once you’ve made a search, you will be presented with a list of:

  • All of the available hotels (the listing will feature a description, photo, and the average price per room per night)
  • The cheapest available room for your search, how much it costs and how much you will save by booking this room on LondonHotelSavings.com. Please note that for some hotels you will need to click on ‘View all available rooms’ to see which rooms are available.
  • Once you have chosen the hotel room you wish to book – click on ‘Select’ to be transferred to the booking page for this hotel room.

Please note that there may be several pages of search results – at the bottom of the list please look out for ‘Next’ buttons at the bottom of the list, or ‘Click here for page 2’.

How do I choose which hotel to book?

Every accommodation shown in the search results will be available for you to book. At the very top of the page you will see the search criteria you have entered. Should you wish to change any of these details, simply click on ‘search again’ on the top right of the page.

The hotel information displayed will include the hotel name, category and district. It will allow you to compare available hotels, the hotel quality, location, and average price. More information and photos of each hotel are available by clicking the ‘Info/Photos’ link to the left of the hotel name.

You can also compare the room prices amongst the various hotels. For a full breakdown of all room types and prices available at each hotel, click on ‘View all available rooms’ for each hotel that you are considering booking. For additional room information, you can click on the room type for a description of the facilities available in the rooms.

Once you have chosen your preferred hotel and your preferred room, simply click on the ‘Select’ button on the right hand side of the page. This will lead you to our 100% Secure Booking Page.

How do I make a booking?

Having clicked Select, the booking page will appear. This fully secured page uses the latest encryption technologies. Again, your search and selection criteria will be displayed at the very top – should you wish to change any of these details, simply click on ‘search again’ on the top right of the page.

The next section confirms the financial details. They will include the total cost of your stay, and the amount to be paid. Some hotels will require an advance deposit payment, with the balance taken by our discount hotel providers, or upon arrival at the hotel. For other hotels you will be required to pay the full amount in advance. You will need a valid credit or debit card to make a booking, and for payment to be processed.

Please note:
We will be unable to secure your room without successful clearance of your payment.

All that remains is for you to enter your contact details and your billing details. It is not essential to enter the names of all guests, though one name at least must be entered. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk ‘*’.

Please take extra care when entering your email address, as your booking confirmation will be sent to this address.

When you have entered the details, please read the Booking Policy for your hotel. If you do not accept these booking terms you will not be able to proceed with your booking. Once you have agreed to these terms, click on the Book button to continue.

We will then process the relevant payment. If this is successful you will see a confirmation page appear showing the details of your booking including your London Hotel Savings Booking Reference Number. Please print this confirmation page and keep a note of your booking number.

You will also receive a Hotel Booking Receipt of your booking and a Booking Voucher, which you will need to print. You must present this voucher on when you arrive at your hotel as certification that full payment has been made in advance and that you have no further charges to pay for the accommodation that you have booked.

Please note: There are a small number of hotels featured on London Hotel Savings that do not require full payment in advance. You will not be issued a Hotel Booking Voucher for these hotels, as payment of the balance will be required on arrival in reception. You will instead be sent an Accommodation Booking Confirmation, which you will be required to present upon arrival. These hotels can easily be identified, as your booking confirmation will state Total Payable on arrival.

If you do not receive any of the above emailed confirmations within ten minutes of making your booking, please contact us on 0870 922 4100 (UK) or + 44 870 922 4100 (International) or at bookings@TravelStayNetwork.com quoting your booking number and we will send you your confirmation.

What do I do if my card is declined?

If your booking was unsuccessful it may be that you have entered your billing details incorrectly – please enter them again if this is the case. If they were entered correctly at the first attempt, this may indicate a financial problem with the card. Should this be the case, please contact your Card Issuer for further information and assistance before trying again.

How do I make another booking?

If you need to make another booking, please use the “Book Another” link at the bottom of the Confirmation page.

Do not use the back button on your browser at this time as you could be billed a second time.
