From Tripadvisor.com Ideal location. I found my room basic and not more than I expected for a London 3 star hotel. The staff were helpful and the rooms small but clean with better bathroom than expected. It was a short walk 200 metres to Heathrow Express station (Paddington) and buses, underground. From Tripadvisor.com It was quite a bargain! You cannot go in with expectations that this is going to be a standard US-type hotel room. The halls are narrow and the carpet is tired. The room was quite small, but there was a new hardwood floor, all new furniture, roomy wardrobe, decent lighting, a big window, and a sparkling, newly tiled, though tiny bathroom with an excellent shower. The bed was fine, the linens were clean, the staff were polite. 5 minutes walk from Paddington station, you just can't complain. The neighbourhood is full of a great range of pubs, ethnic restaurants, shops, and a Laundromat within 3 minutes walk. The Heathrow Express comes in to Paddington, so if your luggage rolls, no need for a cab to the hotel. I am a frequent traveller to London, and after extensive research, this was by far the best deal I could find. Prince William Hotel was excellent value and I would stay at here again. From Tripadvisor.com I found the Prince William to be exactly what I expected: snappy but simple rooms with a reasonably courteous staff and a basic continental, breakfast. Good prices. The rooms were recently refurbished and the small bathrooms were gorgeous.
