From Tripadvisor.com Norfolk Towers Hotel was quite nice. The rooms were spartan and small but we had a lovely TV, kettle with tea and coffee packets and clean bathroom. The beds weren't the best but you get what you pay for and in comparison to prices, Norfolk Towers Hotel gave a lot for the money. The staff was quite nice and friendly, the breakfast ample and the dining area quite clean, well lit and with a cheery decor. The location was a plus as we were 3 blocks from Paddington station and there was a major bus stop just 4 doors down from the hotel. There were also budget ethnic restaurants in the area, a pharmacy, an internet cafe and all sorts of small shops within a 2 block radius. Four blocks away is Edgeware St. with many ethnic restaurants and shops too. It wasn't the most luxurious hotel I have ever been in but it was quite adequate for exploring London on a shoestring.
