From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly, the concierge helpful and even managed to get me a table at the Ivy! Nice rooms and bar, we will return. From Tipadvisor.com Bentley Hotel London was a fabulous hotel! My husband and I stayed there from Mar 29, 2004 to Apr 4, 2004 and we had an excellent experience. The room was gorgeous and very opulent. The marble bathroom with the jet massage bathtub was better than we could have imagined with wonderful soaps and other nice toiletries. The service was attentive and friendly and the food was great. Bentley Hotel London is central to many sites and good pub/restaurants and the underground tube is nearby also. We loved the area and it was a pleasure to return to it each day from our touring of London. We would definitely recommend staying there to our friends and family. We hope to return again sometime. We didn't get a chance to try the Turkish bath and spa, but we did check it out and it looked wonderful also.
